I make these out of pieces of wood that are left from other projects. Can't stand to toss it. The sizes and woods vary, but range from 6 inches round to 14 inches long for the ovals. All 5/8 inch thick. Finished with mineral oil. Birdseye Maple, Cherry, Walnut.
